CSE Software Inc. maintains an in-house Usability Lab for testing purposes. Our lab contains a bank of PC and Mac computers that are formatted with a
variety of operating systems (foreign and domestic) as well as a complete spectrum
of internet browsers.
Each unit can be reformatted for any system combination, including version specific
software needs. After testing each software application, with certain requirements,
Testers will reformat the computers to either their original state or to the next
system combination on the list. Because
the Usability Lab is designated solely for testing - that’s where the real action is. Testers put every program through every test imaginable to try to get it to crash or malfunction. This process guarantees
that end users will have a stable, dependable, user-friendly software solution.
